Bengali Association of Delaware Valley (BADV), a non-profit organization, was founded in 2001. The primary objective of this organization is to add to the richness and cultural diversity of the region by fostering the rich cultural heritage of Bengalis.The association strives to bring together Bengali speaking people residing in the DE Valley region (Northern Delaware, SE Pennsylvannia and Eastern Maryland) to collectively celebrate Saraswati Puja, Rabindra Jayanti, Durga Puja in addition to group activities like picnics.
